1. Mr. C Ngwerume (Chairman)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Chamu Ngwerume was educated in Harare. He holds\nqualifications in Business Administration, Risk & Loss Control Management,\nManagement Development, Banking and Finance, ISO Quality Management Systems,\nand Constitutionalism and Corporate Governance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
He is a certified Loss Control Practitioner. He is a\nformer founder Director of Catiss Security, and has been a Director and board\nmember with Concept Security, Squad Security, Fawcett Security (first ever\nblack director) and Armcor Security Zambia (only black expatriate Director and\nboard member). He is currently a Director and Board member with Guard Alert P\/L<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He has served as Chairman\/President of the Security\nAssociation of Zimbabwe for about 10 years, being the first ever youngest black\nto be in that position, Vice President \u2013 National Commercial Employers\nAssociation of Zimbabwe, President \u2013 Mashonaland Employers Association of\nZimbabwe and Executive Committee Member of the National Employment Council for\nthe Commercial Sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He is the current Chairman of the National Employment\nCouncil for the Security Industry, Board Member and Non Executive Director with\nBest Car Rental<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. Advocate E Hamunakwadi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Edwin Hamunakwadi is the Managing Partner of\nHamunakwadi and Nyandoro Law Chambers. He holds a Bachelor of Law (Honours)\nDegree from the University of Zimbabwe, an Executive Masters Degree in Business\nAdministration from Africa University and is rounding up his Masters of Law\nDegree with the University of Zimbabwe. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Edwin is a Corporate attorney who also covers civil\nlaw, labour law, conveyancing law and human rights law areas of practice. Edwin\nis a former intern at Doughty Street Chambers which is the leading light in\nhuman rights practice in the United Kingdom. Edwin is the Board Chair of the\nAssociation of Certified Forensic Practioners and a Trustee of The African\nSolutions Trust. He is also the founder of the Edwin Hamunakwadi Foundation\nTrust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3. Mr. A Masere<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Alexious Masere is the\nManaging Director and CEO of The Best Car Rental and has held these positions\nsince the inception of the company in 2019. He holds a B.Com degree in\nMarketing Management and has over 10 years\u2019 experience in the car rental\nbusiness. Alex is passionate about equal opportunities and believes in giving\nall people a fair chance. He is currently setting up an orphanage for children\nwho lost their parents to the HIV pandemic here in Harare. Some of his hobbies\ninclude: playing golf, motor racing, mountain climbing and playing chess, and\nhis favourite book of all time is \u201cThe Monk who sold his Ferrari\u201d by Robin\nSharma. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
4. Mrs. D Banya<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Following a successful\ncareer working for a number of leading Advertising and Public Relations\nagencies in Zimbabwe and co-founding and managing a Public Relations agency,\nDebra set up Curate Communications in 2017. She is responsible for the day-to-day\nrunning of the business as well as Client Relationship Management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Debra is an experienced\nstrategic consultant with over fifteen years in Journalism, Marketing,\nAdvertising and Public Relations, having successfully developed and managed\nvarious campaigns for national and international brands. Her focus lies in\ncrafting integrated, insight-led creative communications campaigns, advising\nclients on communication strategy and helping businesses engage across\nstakeholder groups and media influencers to best effect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Her client experience\nincludes blue chip companies such as Old Mutual, Delta Corporation, CBZ\nHoldings, FBC Holdings, BAT Zimbabwe, NetOne, Paciific, Edgars, Truworths,\nBarclays, Zimplats, SEEDCO, National Foods, Unilever, TelOne, Zimbabwe Papers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
5. Mr. Modern Mutumwa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Modern Mutumwa is\nthe Managing Partner of\nMJV Chartered Accountants. He has more than 10 years\u2019 experience in auditing,\ntax and preparation of financial statements in Zimbabwe having been with MJV\nsince inception about half a decade ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He obtained his B Com\nHonours degree in Accounting from the National University of Science and\nTechnology, BCompt Honours (Accounting) from the University of South Africa. He\ntrained as an articled clerk with Ernst\n& Young in Zimbabwe. He is a Chartered Accountant and is a\nmember of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe (ICAZ). He is also\na Registered Public Auditor with\nthe Public Accountants and Auditors Board (PAAB).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Moreover, he is also a\nregistered Estate Administrator handling\njudicial managements and liquidations. He also has an Executive Certificate in Programme and\nProject Monitoring and Evaluation from the University of Zimbabwe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
6. Mr. J Nyazungu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Mr. Jerry More Nyazungu is the founder and Managing Director of M&J Consultants. A seasoned Accountant and Entrepreneur with more than 10 years of working directly in the Accounting field. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Jerry is a Chartered Secretary\n(CIS) and a Registered Public Accountant in the Republic of Zimbabwe. He is\nalso an Estate Administrator with extensive taxation, audit and financial\naccounting and management experience across a wide range of companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
